SophIQ Terms & Conditions

SophIQ Books: Print and digital books sold under the SophIQ brand.

Content: All texts, images, branding, and related materials provided through the Site.

User: Any person or entity accessing the Site or purchasing SophIQ Books.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use the Site and purchase SophIQ Books.

Purchasing SophIQ Books through the Site requires the order and payment information requested at checkout. Account registration may not be required.

Users agree to:

Keep login details secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Provide accurate and valid order and payment information. Payments for direct purchases are processed through Stripe.

Pay all fees, taxes, and charges displayed.

Abide by any license or usage restrictions for digital products.

Digital products are deemed delivered once a download link or access confirmation is provided. Except as required by law, digital items are non-refundable once accessed.

Descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed on the Site and may change without notice. All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed upon receipt of email confirmation.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Direct online payments are processed securely by Stripe; BeEasy does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Physical books are produced on demand and fulfilled through Lulu Print API and are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are shown or calculated during the purchase process and may vary by destination.

Digital editions (eBooks) are delivered by download or email. They are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and prosecutable.

Digital books are protected under copyright law (Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941, and subsequent amendments, as well as applicable European Union directives and regulations).

By purchasing the eBook, the reader is granted a non-transferable, personal license of use only. Therefore, without prior written authorization from the publisher/author, it is strictly prohibited to:

reproduce, copy, distribute, or share this content in any form or by any means.

upload the file to online platforms, forums, websites, or file-sharing systems.

sell, rent, or transfer it to third parties in any way.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in civil and criminal liability.

EU consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal for physical books within 14 days of receipt, unless a mandatory legal exception applies. The User bears the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been communicated before purchase.

Refunds are made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law. BeEasy may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or the User provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. The User may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Cancellations do not apply to digital products once downloads have begun.

The Site may only be used to evaluate or purchase SophIQ Books.

Users must not:

Copy, modify, or distribute content without written consent.

Reverse-engineer or extract source code.

Upload malicious code or unlawful content.

Misrepresent identity or affiliation.

Harvest data for unsolicited marketing.

BeEasy may suspend or terminate access for violations.

All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by BeEasy or its licensors and protected under law. Unauthorized use of BeEasy® or SophIQ branding is prohibited.

Any non-public information marked or understood as “confidential” must be safeguarded and used only for evaluating a potential engagement with BeEasy.

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are managed under our Cookie Policy.

The Site may reference or integrate third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and Lulu for print-on-demand production, fulfilment and shipping. Analytics or marketing tools may also be used if activated and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies. BeEasy is not responsible for third-party practices except to the extent required by applicable law.

Informational Nature: Content is provided “as is” and is not legal, regulatory, or medical advice.

No Warranty: To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are disclaimed.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

In the creation and publication of SophIQ Books, BeEasy may employ artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in drafting, editing, translation, or formatting processes. These tools are used to enhance efficiency and quality, but final editorial responsibility, content validation, and compliance remain with BeEasy. By purchasing or using SophIQ Books, you acknowledge and accept that AI-assisted methods may form part of the creative and production workflow.

BeEasy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Users agree to indemnify BeEasy against claims arising from misuse of the Site, breach of Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or outages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date”. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Firenze, unless mandatory consumer law applies otherwise.

These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the complete agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.
