Custom training that connects current requirements with day-to-day clinical-research practice.
Education and training
Clinical research does not stand still. Regulations evolve, technologies change, operating models become more complex and professional roles continuously expand. For this reason, education cannot be treated as a one-off activity completed at onboarding and then forgotten.
BeEasy designs training programmes that connect current requirements with day-to-day clinical-research practice. The aim is to help professionals understand not only what a rule or procedure says, but how it affects real decisions, behaviours and responsibilities within a study.
Programmes can range from a focused refresher to a structured learning pathway aligned with roles, SOPs, project risks and organisational needs.

“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” — William Butler Yeats
Why lifelong learning outperforms the once-and-done model
Traditional education often concentrates knowledge at the beginning of a career and assumes that the same skills will remain sufficient over time. Clinical research shows why that model is no longer realistic: new regulations, new technologies, new study designs and new stakeholder expectations constantly reshape how work is performed.
Continuous professional development therefore becomes part of quality itself. Learning, unlearning and relearning help teams remain competent, confident and able to respond to changing requirements without relying only on experience acquired years earlier.
For BeEasy, well-designed and role-specific education is not an accessory to clinical operations. It is one of the tools that keeps studies compliant, efficient, consistent and centred on participants.
Why continuous learning is mission-critical
Professionals now work in an environment shaped by the EU Clinical Trials Regulation, ICH E6(R3), digital and decentralised activities, growing data-integrity expectations and increasing specialisation across clinical-research roles.
Training should therefore be refreshed whenever regulations, processes, systems or risks change. BeEasy can combine live teaching, virtual sessions, workshops, self-study resources, mentoring and post-training evaluation so that learning remains connected to actual work.
The BeEasy Learning Ecosystem
BeEasy brings together a network of Investigators and clinical-research professionals—including Project Managers, CRAs, Research Coordinators, Pharmacists, Statisticians, data scientists and other specialists—who combine subject expertise with the ability to teach and translate complex requirements into practical skills.
Programmes may be delivered through live virtual classrooms, focused micro-learning, interactive workshops or longer learning pathways. Each format can be mapped to defined competencies and adapted to the organisation’s SOPs, processes and operational priorities.
This flexibility allows BeEasy to support both individual learning needs and broader organisational programmes, from single-topic refreshers to structured training plans designed for onboarding, role development or performance improvement.

From classroom to KPI
Training without measurement risks becoming an administrative exercise. BeEasy therefore connects educational activities with practical indicators that help organisations understand whether learning is actually changing behaviour and performance.
Depending on the programme, evaluation may include post-training questionnaires, on-site mentoring check-lists and performance dashboards. These can monitor indicators such as protocol-deviation trends, SDV or data-query patterns, inspection findings and individual skill-progression scores.
Working alongside the client’s QA and operational teams, BeEasy can also support a dynamic annual training plan. Risk reviews and performance signals help identify where refreshers, mentoring or deeper workshops are most useful, so training effort is directed toward genuine gaps rather than repeated on a fixed calendar without context.
New · Since September 2025
To support professionals who want to continue learning independently, BeEasy created SophIQ Education: a self-training programme dedicated to the different areas of clinical research.
The collection offers concise regulatory primers, practical guides and role-specific resources that can be used at the learner’s own pace. Titles are organised into progressive levels—Explorer, Growth and Inspired—so that learning can develop from foundations to increasingly specialised expertise.

Why BeEasy
BeEasy combines clinical-research experience, specialist faculty and flexible delivery models so that training can be adapted to the real needs of each organisation rather than imposed as a standard package.
Programmes are built around actual roles, SOPs, study risks, competence gaps and organisational priorities.
Training is delivered by professionals who understand clinical research in practice and can translate requirements into actionable skills.
Knowledge checks, mentoring and KPIs can connect training activity with observable improvements in performance.
Classroom learning, refreshers, mentoring and SophIQ resources can work together as one ongoing learning ecosystem.
