Programme feasibility
We assess whether the project is proportionate to the intended scope, internal capabilities, country plan and business priorities.
Our services
A multidimensional assessment of study, site and programme feasibility.
Integrated feasibility
A robust feasibility assessment should answer a practical question: can this study really be delivered, in the proposed setting, with the expected timeline, resources and level of complexity?
At BeEasy, feasibility is approached as an integrated exercise. We do not look only at site interest, but at the full operating environment: study design, patient access, country context, site capability, regulatory pathways, operational burden and programme priorities.
This broader view helps Sponsors make earlier and better-informed choices, refine assumptions before start-up, and reduce the risk of preventable delays, costly amendments or unrealistic expectations downstream.

The feasibility process
The original BeEasy process has been retained in substance and translated into a more modern visual format. The logic remains the same: feasibility is built progressively, with each layer informing the next one.
We start from the client need and programme objective, then move through study and protocol feasibility, site feasibility, site selection and qualification, while keeping a continuous feedback loop between strategy and implementation.
In this way, feasibility becomes a decision framework rather than a stand-alone exercise, helping all involved stakeholders understand not only what is possible, but what is credible and sustainable for the project.

What the service includes
The service is structured to mirror the real questions that Sponsors and teams need to answer before moving forward.
We assess whether the project is proportionate to the intended scope, internal capabilities, country plan and business priorities.
We review design complexity, visit burden, eligibility assumptions and operational implications that can affect execution.
We evaluate the practical fit of candidate sites, including patient access, infrastructure, staff readiness and competing studies.
We translate feasibility findings into an actionable route toward activation, clarifying what is ready, what needs adjustment and what should be deprioritised.
Decision support
Our outputs are designed to support decisions, not simply to document observations. The goal is to provide a clear basis for next steps: whether to proceed as planned, refine the design, adjust the country or site strategy, or revisit timelines and expectations.
For that reason, our reporting brings together evidence, assumptions, constraints and practical recommendations in a format that is concise enough to be usable, yet detailed enough to guide operational planning.
Experience in action
Explore BeEasy’s hands-on experience across clinical-study phases and therapeutic areas, and see how that operational background supports each consulting service.
Experience summaryWhy BeEasy
We believe feasibility support should be rigorous, practical and proportionate. That means giving clients enough depth to make confident decisions, without adding unnecessary layers of complexity.
Identify recruitment, regulatory, site and logistics constraints before launch.
Prioritise projects and countries with a credible delivery path.
Align design, timelines and budgets with available capabilities.
Receive concise findings, assumptions and recommended actions.
Risks tested before commitment
Our assessment reviews the principal variables that most often affect delivery, timelines and study confidence. These are examined together so that isolated positive signals do not hide broader operational risks.
